Rainbow Pancakes with Rainbow Fruit Skewers

Rainbow Pancakes :
Ingredients for Pancakes:
3 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 ½ tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp caster Sugar
3 Egg (Lightly Beaten)
2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence

Ingredients for fruits skewers:
Blue berries as required
Cherries as required
Mango as required
Kiwi as required
Peach as required
Grapes as required
Wooden skewers as required
Directions:
In a bowl add egg, milk and melted butter. Whisk together smoothly.
Now in another bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg mixture and whisk the ingredients.
Now add orange juice and vanilla essence to enhance the flavor and then mix it.
Separate this batter in 4 different bowls and mix colors of your choice in the batter.
Grease pan with the butter and pour the batter.
When the bubbles start to appear on the top of your pancake then turn it over.
Serve with maple syrup, ice cream or whipping cream as you like.
Take wooden skewers, thread fruits on it and serve with pancakes.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serve: 3-4 persons
