1 box Ottogi Kimchi Pancake Mix
200 ml water
3 tablespoons oil
1. In a bowl, mix the Ottogi Kimchi Pancake dry mix with the water, until the batter is smooth with no clumps. Add the kimchi mix to the batter and mix thoroughly.
2. In a non-stick pan over medium heat drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil. Pour ⅓ of the kimchi pancake batter evenly onto the hot pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
