The small pancake is called Ningyo-yaki: one of Japanese traditional sweets.
It is a typical Tokyo souvenir.
There are several shops make and sell them in Asakusa shopping street.
Kimuraya, the shop that appears in the video sells handmade Ningyo-yaki.
