really this is as good as like it’s
Australia at its very best
everyone loves the beach and that’s why
we’re doing our beachside challenge

yes dessert on the barbeque a classic
it’s making a comeback this is a great
old Hungarian recipe that my grandmother
taught me to make many years ago it’s a
walnut pancake we can do a cherry
version as well super easy and it makes
a great family dessert but Louise you
start with a cup and a half of milk and
just a little bit of vanilla sweeten
that with a little bit of icing sugar
and you need to add a generous splash of
melted butter as well and once it comes
together you’re also going to need four
egg yolks and don’t lose the egg whites
you need those as well

need to stir the bass together nice and
thoroughly then we’re gonna mix in some
dry ingredients and cup and a quarter of
plain flour fold that in then comes all
the big ones
once it does reach soft peaks are gonna
fold it in good and gently remember
you’ve got a digital because this is
what makes the pancake rice is no black
hub in the base that’s something great
you still see plenty of bubbles which
lets me know it’s gonna be good and
light the last thing I do need to put in
though is the warm up there being

creating a basket then pour in the mix
and I’ll do it same thing
clever idea huh and that’s gonna need
about 20 to 25 minutes to cook when it
comes to flippy and Ivo I don’t know he
gonna flip this without a bust into a
million pieces will relax
so you see interesting recipe the

it’s got real family heritage for me so
I feel quite close to it but I’m also
really impressed by it because you can
cook it here well you can cook it any
way
