Healthy Buckwheat Pancakes

This video describes the ingredients and methods for making a vegan, healthy and delicious Buckwheat pancakes and briefly describes the health benefits of Buckwheat and Flaxseed.

Ingredients:
1. Buckwheat Flour – 1 Cup
2. Ripe Banana – 2 Medium Size
3. Flaxseed Meal – 1 Tbsp
4. Cinnamon – 1 Tsp
5. Baking Powder – 1 Tsp
6. Vanilla Extract – 1 Tsp
7. Milk (Any) – 1 Cup
8. Avocado Oil – 1 Tsp
9. Assorted Fruits

Preparation:
1. Mash Bananas in a pulp. Add Flaxseed Meal, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract and Baking Powder. Mix Well.
2. Add Buckwheat Flour and Milk of your choice and mix well into the desired pancake mix consistency.
3. Set Pan to Medium Heat. Add Avocado Oil 1 tsp.
4. With a Laddle place the mix and make them round as shown. Cook till golden brown in the bottom and the upper part forms bubbles. Flip and cook the other side.
5. Make a stack of 3 or 6 pancakes and drizzle the sweetener of your choice.
4. Place an assortment of fruits.
5. Enjoy a healthy breakfast.
