How to make Green tea Pancake with Cream Cheese topping / Recipe ふわふわパンケーキと抹茶クリームチーズ

Soft and fluffy ricotta pancake with Green tea cream cheese topping!

Ingredients: 4 pancakes
– 1 egg
– 40mL milk
– 80g ricotta cheese
– 35g wholemeal self-raising flour (OR 35g all purpose flour + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder)
– butter
– 80mL fresh cream
– 30g cream cheese
– 1 teaspoon green tea powder
– 2 teaspoon sugar

1. Mix egg, milk, ricotta cheese and wholemeal self-raising flour well.
2. Heat pan on low and coat with butter.
3. Pour mixture into circular shape.
4. Cook for 2-3minutes on low heat.
5. Flip and cook for another 1-2minutes.
6. Make cream. Combine fresh cream and sugar and start whipping.
7. Half-way through add cream cheese and whip.
8. Assemble cream and pancakes in layers.
9. Decorate top with cream and green tea powder.
10. Ready to enjoy.

材料: 4枚分
– たまご 1個
– 牛乳 40mL
– リコッタチーズ 80g
– 全粒粉 35g + ベーキングパウダー小さじ1/2
– バター
– 生クリーム 80mL
– クリームチーズ 30g
– 抹茶パウダー 小さじ1
– 砂糖 小さじ2

1. たまご、牛乳、リコッタチーズ、全粒粉、ベーキングパウダーを混ぜ合わせる。
2. フライパンを弱火にかけ、バターを溶かす。
3. 生地を丸く流し込む。
4. 弱火で2-3分 焼く。
5. ひっくり返し、1-2分 焼く。
6. クリームを作る。生クリームと砂糖を合わせ、泡立てる。
7. 途中クリームチーズを加え、8分立てになるまで泡立てる。
8. クリームを塗り重ねていく。
9. クリームと抹茶パウダーで飾りつけたら、出来上がり。
