[Music]good morning welcome back to anothervideoit is currently Sunday 19th of Januaryapproximately 10 to 10 and I’m makingpancakes the reason why I’m coming sincevideos because I was in a class down inrehearsal and we’ve got to pick upbreakfast and one rows you made pancakesall the time I like yes I do makepancakes all the timewell like how do you make them how doyou make them like I mean they’re prettythey’re pretty straightforward buteveryone really wants to know how I madethem so hence why you read the time ofthis video how to make pancakesI make them gluten dairy free because Idon’t have gluten I don’t have dairy butyou could very very easily make yournormal flour and normal milk and theywould taste just as good so I bet you’rewondering yes first but one readings doyou need and I will tell you oh andthey’re also very healthy which is why Ihave them a lot because I think peoplething with pancakes are really unhealthybut actually it’s unhealthy because ifyou pull it off sugar in them and on topof them they are going to be unhealthybut if you don’t then they’re not sowhat should we have in our pancakes wellwe use some self raising flour once yourown s solution brings a little bit ofbrown sugarI know mind-blowing stuff some soy milkthis is the best milk I can for dairyfree pancakes and it makes them reallyfluffy and on the technique as you willvery soon learn and woo and some eggsthat’s all isn’t it flour eggs yeahthat’s fine and then I’ve got someraspberries to top it off hiI use a jug because then you can pour ina lot easier a lot of the fiber I’ll dothat in a minute and which if youlook in cereal if you want like aawesome cereal that frosting that howabout 8 grams per Bowl and this has got10 grams in the whole mixture now if itis what happens to be precise so don’tcome at me with the tank it’s my healthwe met the person instead of so we needa fork and I’m just gonna squish it alltogether but if we don’t want any fatlots of brown sugarI mean that you do and then we need anegg sorry the trick is coming up to keepevery coffee pancakes and it’s all aboutthis next step so your again now this isthe trick you do not want to over whiskthis okaydo not over lift really hungry it’s gonnabe like a brunch maybe or it’s nothinglike two people for breakfast so you cankind of make that decision for yourselfmaking my iced coffee while we wait nextone onhumming what I’m ready to more smellinghouse five pancakes that’s a prettystandard snap do I want it’s fine I’lljust add it later this I know but I’vegot some dark chocolate on there someraspberries and some blue because Imight add some more actually becausethat’s not doesn’t really like enoughlet me just add a another few and somemore raspberriesthere we go that seems a little bitbetter and that is my gluten
