17 hours and a half oh my god does a flywhat what is up guys it has been so longsince I’ve uploaded on the channel I doapologize it has been a hot minute Ican’t believe it’s Christmas next weekhave throughout this whole entire yearand there’s been a lot of things I dowant to talk about but I’ll make that inthe next video so this video is gonna bea short one but I wanted to make it upto you because I promised you guys thatI was gonna make that protein pancakevideo so this was filmed earlier thisyear in the summer and I just haven’thad a chance to edit it until nowand I apologize and thank you so much ifyou are still subscribed to channelmeans so much to me and all I want to dois just make quality videos bring youvalue I know I had a ton of messagesfrom Instagram and on Twitter about mytrading yes I’ve taken trading a littlebit more seriously and it’s been a crazyjourney that’s all I’m gonna sayit has sort of hindered my creativethat’s a little bit but I am actuallyreturning to that because I kind ofreally missed a creative side and andthere’s nothing better than everythingbeing balanced and that’s the mostimportant thing is to have the best ofboth worlds and yeah so I proteinsmoothie I’m gonna mix that with acouple of fruits and I’m gonna makebrunch right now which is super lateright I think is like yeah it’s like 120hitting close to my 17 hours and a halfto break my fast which is a lot longerthan my usual 16 to 8 I wanted to dolonger facts so I had this morning was acup of black coffee no pre-workoutbecause pre worker actually kind ofbreak so fastbelieve it or not so one ghost coconutprotein ice cream let’s get into it[Music]alright guys so first step we areactually going to measure out outprotein which means I am still missingmy scales be right back alright so justpick up any scale this was like 10 buckson Amazon not even and yes pretty wellpretty long time and for the smoothieit’s pretty simple grab yourself ashaker cup or the blender bottle shake acup in my case and we’re going to addone scoop of protein flavor sothe ghost flavor way and yeah this isexciting I always love their packagingit’s one of my favorite great oh my godfor those of you love coconut it smellsincredible and it’s more leaning towardsthe ice cream flavor yeah alright so onescoop of this I gotta find the scoop soI like to shake it up a bit also funnyenough they usually have this scoop ontop I just open this and you just seenthat where did the scoop go you owe me ascoop I threw my last one out I thinkactually I did I did not I kept it Ifound it found my scoop in the cupboardI had to eat I’m so glad I saved thisold one so what happened to the scoop inin this one because usually you guyshave it on top right like thismaybe it’s like buried inside oh yeah itis and it seems to be a manufacturingfail right there yeah yes and nexton that one please quality to controlwhat happened to that alright one fullscoop of the protein coconut ice creamgoes way alright so then we have somemix fruits it may be any mixed fruit youwant for me personally I love myblackberries my blueberries myraspberries all the amazing antioxidantsI bonus oh by the way the scale is allfor the pancakes so about that muchabout half a cup not even and justthicken it up one banana bananas a grapejust break it out in there maybe haveone nope I just broke my fast and itshow but make sure when you’re fastingguys you’re drinking a lot of waterdon’t add anything in the water justplain old classic water next up you’regonna add some water got have somefiltered water about half pipe up wedsto the berries are the fruits you don’twant to overfill that and then if youmay want to add some more you can it’salways better to add less and then sorryit’s always better to have less water inthe mix and then add 1482 of when itgets very super watery like shake it upa little bit and I’m gonna startblending it and here we go lock it inand yeahthis looks like an amazing dessertalready some Lancet protein powder getstuck I should have added the fruitsfirst and then the protein powders whatI usually do otherwise it gets stuck tothe bottom like that and I think I’mjust gonna check the consistency nopedon’t need to add any water sometimes itgets to this kind of consistency sort ofthick I mean some people prefer a verymore liquid smoothie I don’t know youhave a nice healthy smoothie to startoff your day or your brunch in my caseto break my fast because after a workoutyou need to make sure you’re gettingyour macronutrients as well and yourmicronutrients and it’s all in thefruits – Cheers hmm oh my god this isincredible this is like ice cream heavenhmm remember you’re like an almost ringpull around the whole area and you havelike you’re some your sunblock on youget that coconut smell that exotictropical taste like that I like icecream more creamier like coconut icecreamy so like not the super nutty andcoconut but definitely very smoothcoconut ice creamdefinitely ice Amazonnow and there’s Costco which I get to gohere because they’ve opened up and Iknow they sell it in a big batch which Iwill certainly be going to have a littlevisit and see if they have it over hereand yeah so we’re gonna mix the twotogether and you’re also gonna need someeggs so be right back and you’re gonnaneed some eggs there any one egg reallyand yeah turn on the scale[Music]yeah so it’s all zero and it’s grams onefull scoop of the ghost way and then I’mgoing to use the kodiak cakes pancakemix and you measure out so before we dothat because it already has a mixbecause you’re out again so at zero andit says on here for one serving or halfserving size is half a cup which is 53grams I as you do about 30 grams 30 30to 35 grams for 1% because it’s a lot ofpancake and it is pretty filling as wellat the end of the day so it’s 26 27 2830 31 here we go add one medium to largeeggwe get all that protein in hereawesome and we’re gonna have almond milkso then I forgot to say I’m gonna begonna add in one some almond milk inhere so I’m going to zero that out nowsays recommendationjust to add 14 grams of water or 16grams with the milk replacing water withmilk add an egg so in my case I’m justgonna do the 16 grams I do usually about20 I think 20 is like the perfect yeahare you done all right so that’s 20 26here hope is you ready it out I think Imay have forgotten but seems about right26 grams and if you want you can add adash of cinnamon so you can add a littlebit of cinnamon and this is great foryour health as well so there we gosprinkle that on and then you’re justgonna mix it all together take this out[Music]and you’re just gonna mix it up do itslow because it gets real messy[Music]you feel like you is way too runny youcan always add a little bit more pancakemix or protein if you like alright justgonna heat up the panand make sure that nice and hot and I’mgoing to use organic coconut what is myoil based this is also a greatantioxidant and a little bit of goodhealthy fats I’m sorry that’s noisy itis to do with ventilation that’s goodthis much not even make sure thatcoatedin the pan nice andsmells incredible and then we get simplyget a better mix of that pancake and theprotein and you put this on like mediumto low heat so you don’t want to burnyour pancakes which I’ve done beforeI do like to usually two at a timethis usually makes about two three -four pancakes good sizeyou have two pancakes kind of stickingtogether but it’s okay I poured a littlebit missed that one up so yeah that’spart of why it’s sticky but once it’sslightly cooking I’m gonna separate themyeah so you want to cook them until thisletting grow a good way to tell forpancakes if you guys didn’t know forpancakes is you want to pay attention tothe top and if it’s like bubbling alittle bit it means it’s right to fogerI’ll show you where it was what I meanso this is what I mean when it starts tobubble that’s when it’s kind of ready tolike flip over yeah almostit’s gonna separate thisthere we go nice and perfect so you wantit on medium heat and this smellsincredible I wish there was like smellvisionoh my god it’s coconut you can own a bigfan of coconut I understand yeah youwant to cook that for another minute[Music]know what they should look like they’repretty puffy medium thickness and I’mpretty sure it tastes awesome fruits inhere I also have some fresh fruit somestrawberries and blueberries so half acup of blueberries half a cup ofblueberries a day they say that it helpswith your brain help keep this diseaseaway and because it’s full ofantioxidantsoh this is the result you should getthis is the final result of my breakfastsuper coffee some peanut butter somehoney and some fresh strawberries and ahalf a cup of blueberries and
