French Pancakes Recipe:
Ingredients:
Flour – 250g / 8.8 ounces
Milk – 500ml / 2 cups
1 pinch salt
4 Eggs
Butter – 50g / 1.7 oz
Sugar – 20g / 0.7 oz
Preparation:
1 – Put the flour in a salad bowl with salt and sugar.
2 – Make a well in the middle and pour in the eggs.
3 – Start mixing gently. When the mixture becomes thick, add the cold milk little by little.
4 – When all the milk is mixed, the dough should be fairly fluid. If it seems too thick, add a little milk. Then add the melted butter, mix well.
5 – Cook pancakes in a hot skillet (as a lightly oiled precaution if your pancake pan is non-stick). Pour a small ladle of dough in the pan, make a rotation to distribute the dough over the entire surface. Put on the fire and when the turn of the pancake is colored in light red, it is time to turn it.
6 – Cook about a minute on this side and the pancake is ready.
