HOW TO MAKE BASIC PANCAKE RECIPE | WAO EASY
how to make pancakes easy,
Oatmeal pancakes, a.k.a. Oatmeal cookie pancakes- thick, fluffy whole wheat pancakes flavored with oats and cinnamon. An all-in-one breakfast that couldn’t get better!
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 5 mins
Total time: 10 mins
Makes 6 pancakes
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup instant oats
2/3 cup milk
2 tbsp yogurt
1, In a bowl, mix the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and brown sugar till incorporated.
2, Add the egg, milk, yogurt and vanilla and blend just to combine.
3,Grease a saucepan or griddle with vegetable oil and spoon mounds of batter, spread apart evenly. Spread slightly to create an even circle.
4, Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and serve piled on top of each other with some fresh fruit, maple syrup and/honey or butter.
