A quick tutorial on how I make my protein pancakes. A quick, simple and really healthy breakfast which has fast become my favourite breakfast.

hi guys welcome back to my channel in
today’s video I thought I would show you
how I make my protein pancakes because
what few of you have asked me so I
thought I’d give you a really quick
recipe they are so easy and they are so
tasty so first of all you need a bowl
and a chopped banana and then all you
have to do is mash it up with a fork and
then add my vanilla protein powder you
can use chocolate protein powder as well
but I really like the vanilla one and
then I’m gonna add a scoop full of daily
fiber support one egg and mix it all
together
double check your consistency and if you
need to add any more protein powder then
add the powder until you get the
consistency that works for you I’ve been
decided to add some raspberries in there
because I quite fancy some raspberries
in there today
but you can use blueberries or
strawberries or whatever you fancy you
can put in your mix too and all you have
to do is just mix that in as well using
some coconut oil I will spray a few
sprays into the pan and literally pour
in the mixture to start making the
pancakes they are so delicious I like
them quite thick as well so they’re
still quite soft in the middle
but obviously you can cook them to
however you like them they all cooked
now and on top I’m adding some hip and
nut almond butter and then I’m gonna add
some chia seeds and there you go
there you have your protein pancakes
they are so delicious and the mixture
that I make always makes three you can
add whatever you like on top that this
is a super healthy breakfast to get you
going to start your day I’ve also had a
herbal tea with a fish stick of mine
this morning and it is the most tastiest
most easiest breakfast you will make
