RECIPE
(Makes 12, serves 4)

Ingredients

200g self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground mixed spice
1 egg
300ml milk
knob of butter, melted
150g blueberries
sunflower oil or butter for cooking

serve with –
vanilla yogurt
maple syrup (optional)
icing sugar (optional)
