Ingredients:
– Bananas – 2 pcs.
– Water – 1.5 cups
– Sugar – 4 tbsp.
– Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp
– Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. in the dough + 1 tbsp. for frying
– Baking soda – 1 tsp
– Oat flour – 1 cup
– Wheat flour – 3 cups
– Apple vinegar – 1 tbsp

Cooking:
Mash bananas into a puree. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add the flour in parts, mixing well. Put on a preheated pan and fry on both sides with the lid closed. Done! Bon Appetit!
