Vegan no bake cookies

1/2 cup of non dairy butter
1/2cup of non dairy milk
2 cups of sugar
2tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup non dairy chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups rolled oats

Add non dairy milk, vegan butter,sugar, salt,vanilla and chocolate into a medium sauce pan.
Cook on medium heat until all is combined
Remove from heat and add in peanut butter and oats.
Stir until all is mixed together and scoop onto a parchment lined baking tray.
Let sit on tray for about an hour until the dough is set and enjoy!
