After a lots of research I came up with the recipe of Turkish Mushroom Cookies. I liked the appearance so so much. The cookies actually looks like mushrooms sometimes. It is a perfect companion with your tea and coffee. So I am going into the ingredients:
1. Vegetable Shortening or Softened Butter at Room Temperature 1/2 cup
2. One Egg
3. Powdered Sugar 1/2 Cup
4. Vanilla Essence few drops
5. All Purpose Flour 1.5 cups (Added in three batches)
6. Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
7. 2 tablepsoons of Chocolate
8. One Tablespoon of milk

Cook at medium flame like in the video for 20-25 minutes/
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for about 20 minutes
