2 cups (350g)lightly packed brown sugar
2 large eggs room temperature
1 1/3 cup(200g) all-purpose flour
2cups(200g) instant rolled oats or quick oats
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1cup chopped pecans
1cup dry fruit (dry blueberries, dry sour cherries or dry cranberries)
Bake at 350F convection bake for 10 minutes
