Peanut Buter Flax Cookies & Banana Walnut Cookies by the Fitness Chef Charlene

BANANA WALNUT COOKIES

2 cups oatmeal
4 ripe bananas
1 cup crushed walnuts
1/2 cup cranberries

Directions
•Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
•Mix all ingredients in a bowl
•Place 1 tbsp of mixture on a greased baking sheet in even rows and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and serve.

PEANUT BUTTER FLAXSEED COOKIES

1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup whole flax seed
1/2 cup Sharon’s mixed grain
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
¼ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl mix together all dry ingredients
Mix all wet ingredients until combined, and smooth
Add dry ingredients to the peanut butter and honey mixture, and mix. Set aside
Line a baking tin with parchment paper
Place about a tsp of the mixture into the parchment paper. Keep about an inch apart, the cookies would spread apart during cooking
Bake for 15-20 min or until golden.
