A twist on a classic.

Peach Cobbler Cookies:
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 fresh peaches (roughly 1 cup)
Directions.
Mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cream of tartar and nutmeg.
Cream the butter and the sugars until blight and fluffy.
Add in the egg and vanilla essence.
Gradually add in the dry ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Add in the peaches .
Place the cookie balls onto a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes.
