NO BAKE COOKIES – CHOCOLATE CHIP
No bake cookies with chocolate chips. these amazing cookies do not require an oven to make,
just a stove and a pan, and you’re ready to make your favorite cookies. This method should work with any cookie but if you put chocolate chip inside you are going to get a more moist cookie. Chocolate chip cookies as the best cookie there is and with this method, you do not even need an oven. this truly is a no bake cookie. Ready in just 15 minutes and so delicious.
Ingredients for this no bake cookie is:
120 grams of butter
1 egg
100 grams of white sugar
110 grams of brown sugar
200 grams of flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
150 grams of chocolate
How to make no bake chocolate chip cookies:
Mix the butter and sugars in a bowl until smooth. Add 1 egg and mix until fully incorporated.
add the dry ingredient mix to combined and then add your chocolate to the no-bake cookie dough.
Let rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Take out and portion the cookie dough into your desired sizes.
Flatten the cookies a little and then place them in a medium to a low heat frying pan. No oil needed in the pan.
The cookies have enough butter in them so they won’t stick. Cover the pan with a lid and let cook for about 5 minutes per side.
check the cookies regularly so they won’t burn. Take the cookies out of the pan and let them cool down before you eat.
Now you have delicious no-bake chocolate chip cookies to snack on 🙂
