My First Baking Episode/How to bake Oatmeal Raisins Cookies

Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 cups Rolled Oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon himalayan salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder

1 cup unsalted butter or 225 grams
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup muscovado sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pre-heat the oven for 350 degrees Farenheit
put a little amount of melted butter to the baking tray or use parchment paper, Mix all the dry ingredients AFP, rolled oats, baking soda & salt until combined and set aside. Beat the butter until it will become soft and creamy add white sugar until you achieve its consistency then add the muscovado sugar beat more until its consistency, Add eggs one at a time, vanilla extract.Then add all the dry ingredients and mix it well.Scoop using ice cream scooper the bigger one for bigger cookie that you desired if you use smaller scooper for small cookie. Then press it each cookie dough before you put it the oven. Bake it for 12-14 minutes, for crispy and darker one add more 2 -3 mins, but if you want more softer just stick to the original time.
