°°°° Meringue Cookies °°°°
A classic recipe for meringue cookies! Delicious and easy recipe for you.

Ingredients
° 4 egg whites room temperature
° 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
( instead of tartar you can use 4 drops of lemon juice or 1 teaspoon of white vinegar )
° pinch of salt
° 200g fine sugar ( not powdered)
° 5ml vanilla extract
° gel food coloring (optional)
° Large piping bag
°° bake 100°C for 1 1/2 hours °°

°TIPS°
1. Make sure that the bowl and beater that you are using to beat your meringue is completely clean.
2. Add the sugar gradually, one Tablespoon at a time, and give some time to dissolve before adding more.
3. Crack your eggs in a separate bowl when separating the whites.
4. Take a small bit of the batter and rub it between your fingers, like this you can check that the sugar is absorbed or not.
5. Don’t stop beating until you get stiff peaks. Once you hit stiff peaks stop beating.
