KETO UPDATE + COOK KETO MEALS/SNACKS WITH ME | Cookies, Cauliflower rice, Coconut Porridge +Pancakes . Come join me for a sit down chit chat about how my 2nd week of Keto is going, I update you on how I have been feeling and what changes I have noticed. This video also includes loads of Keto cooking where I make different keto dishes and give you an honest taste test. I make keto coconut porridge from Diet Doctor, I also make choc chip keto cookies for a keto dessert, I also make the famous cauliflower rice which tastes like the real thing and is super filling, I also make almond pancakes as well and give you my thoughts on them as well. Some of the keto foods tasted amazing while others were gross, so keep watching to find out my recommendations. I know this update/video/vlog is a little late but I wanted to put out a different video first this week and also this video is going to be taking keto wk 3s place as I havent filmed much this week as everything is pretty much the same. good morning everyone so today is now
Wednesday the 2nd of October so it is
key to day 10 I just wanted to jump on
and introduce the vlog slash diary and
also chat to you guys about how I’ve
been feeling this week and whatnot
so it is currently day three of this
week I feel like this week I sort of
switched the mindset as it’s not as
crazy and as strict but I’m still doing
the Kido exactly how I was I just
haven’t set our meal plans or went to
the shops and bought specific
ingredients I’m just using what I have
already like chicken and then sell it
and then last night James made me quedo
pizza so I haven’t had the opportunity
or the need to grow the shops and buy
something so that is a good position
that I’ve been in at the moment now I
did weigh myself on Monday but it was
with a different pair of scales so I
don’t think that’s very accurate and
also my first weigh-in was sixty nine
point one so tomorrow morning which will
be Thursday the third I’m gonna test and
see what my weights out there the past
two mornings I have been going to the
gym I’ve been getting up early so I have
only been having water and no food in my
stomach so I have had to take it a
little bit you know slow and a bit
easier otherwise I’m probably gonna
faint getting lightheaded and feel
nauseas just because there’s nothing in
my tummy to actually fuel me because I
am doing my 16 hour fast as well so that
brings me on to my next topic so with my
16 hour fast I’ve been pretty good
staying in the time limit except for
today just because I start work at 10:00
which would usually be my first meal
time so what I’m going to do is just eat
it a little bit earlier and this morning
I’m super excited because I’m going to
be trying coconut horrid I’m gonna bring
the camera and film that and hopefully
it turns out pretty good because that’s
what I’m gonna have for my breakfast
this morning otherwise I have also meal
prepped my lunch which is the keto pizza
from last night sorry about the footage
because it was filmed on my iPhone and
have my vlogging camera with me last
night but the keto Pizza tasted amazing

so I’m going to meal prep up for my
lunch I’ve got three slices and then I’m
also gonna have that tomorrow for lunch
and then for dinner tonight I’m gonna go
and make cauliflower rice and just have
like chicken and Mayer with it so I’m
pretty excited for that because it’s
gonna hopefully be pretty good I don’t
like cauliflower I’ve heard it’s amazing
that’s the rice and it tastes pretty
good so we shall see I’ll bring you
along if you want like a real opinion
because I hate cauliflower so it’s
easiest way don’t you say I had a little
bit of a less strict day I did either
say
burrito bowl but what I did is didn’t
have any rice or beans I literally just
have the beef lettuce sour cream cheese
and onion so that’s all I had so I still
believe that if that is Kido if anything
I felt guilty after having and I was
like I don’t know if I should be having
this but that is what I had so I did put
it in my fitness app and I think that I
was slightly high for my carbs for the
day which did suck because I had a big
piece of my keto like chocolate cake in
the morning as well which I must say
amazing if you want a recipe for a cake
comment down below because that one was
beautiful as well so now just pop all of
that in the freezer because I’m not
gonna be able to eat it but I will have
one muffin today I feel like I had a lot
to say there and I hope that’s not too
boring but that’s my main chunk because
I haven’t updated the vlog before three
days that is my big update and this week
probably just like fine stuff to make
for dinner that is keto friendly and I
have a lot of like almond meal coconut
flour and stuff that I’m gonna probably
just pack him as a lot of that that’s
probably what will be happening
so I’ve done so far is one tablespoon of
coconut flour and 1 pinch of the
Polynesian husk thing or how you say it
and I’m going to melt the butter and a
few teaspoons of this and then I’m also
going to put a um egg in there so that’s
actually sorry going to go in the pan it
says over low heat melt 30 grams of
butter I just winged I did 2 tablespoons
so get away fat to melt next up I’m just
going to put 4 tablespoons of this into
there and I’ve put the rest in a
container for tomorrow as well and you
look you can see all the coconut oil
down the bottom this is what the mixture
ended up looking like so I’m going to
slowly whisk that in there and then I’m
gonna sit with the coconut cream finish
result so it looks like porridge just
let me say with no eyes and then you can
mix it with your coconut cream but I’m
gonna try it just like this here is a
taste test without any coconut cream no
it’s ok I think it’s gonna be better
with the coconut cream obviously it’s
not as enjoyable with our it splits or
our taste test with the coconut cream
that’s nice if you don’t like coconut
you might like that just gonna pour the
rest of that in and have that
the time Excel at 5:35 and we are
cooking dinner so we’re gonna try it
attempt to make cauliflower rice and
we’re gonna mix that with paprika
because you don’t have any trick and
then we’re gonna do mayonnaise and
chicken and unfortunately I don’t have a
food processor so we have to do this all
manually it’s looking a bit hard but
James is on to it so that’s okay sorry
about the lighting but I’m just updating
you guys in us so I am trying these
roses hollandaise with the cauliflower
rice and chicken whereas James is gonna
try this mayo and that and I’ll give
that a little go but I realized this has
like a fifth list of the cops that Mayo
does so I can have more of this alrighty
let’s do you taste it that’s actually
really good I almost feel as if it
tastes kind of sweet so I’m liking it it
doesn’t really taste like cauliflower at
all so thankful for that so another dish
that I found that I can enjoy swap out I
think next week I’m gonna try
cauliflower mash so I’m excited I am
terrible for making keto desserts but
I’m only having one I’ve frozen the rest
of my treat so I’m probably only gonna
have like one and then maybe one
tomorrow and then I’m gonna just freeze
the rest of these so it’s not like I’m
eating them and then eating them every
single day I’m like spreading it out so
at least I’m not overdosing on these but
I wish I could
hey it’s s of the cookie mmm really good
the dark chocolate I might still in
about but that has a really good yeah it
tastes awesome
just why don’t we quickly jump on into
ek Terry update so it is now a Friday
the fall let me check correct it is a
Friday at before so I just wanted to
jump on last night I skip dinner because
this morning I was able to have a little
bit earlier because I had work today
nine till two so I had to fit it in this
morning I just made scrambled eggs and I
also got bacon in that and then had
hollandaise that was amazing it’s filled
me up I’ve noticed that my like appetite
and what I’ve been eating is way less so
if you want to be able to eat less
starchy okay I think else that I go and
eat is that my body has slightly been a
he it was bad about a few days ago they
can work up from pain
like mainly my slides and like even
there was just a very tender I looked up
some like side effects and I was saying
like muscle muscle weight okay even
speech it was saying a muscle achiness
so I was assuming that’s what it was but
I just wanted to let you guys know in
case you’re experiencing the same thing
something else that I have also been
doing is trying to go to the gym
regularly so I’ve been twice this week I
really should have gone today will I
probably not but I’m gonna try I’m doing
it like a few exercises or overnight
hike yesterday so I’ve got a little bit
of the legs moving and not enough as
they should be but still something is
better than nothing right other than
that I realized that my water bottle I
thought that my buckle water bottle was
only six hundred mils for the big one
and like three hundred for the small one
turns out the small ones actually five
hundred and the other ones a liter so
I’ve been drinking way more water than I
thought so that is awesome the day I
thought that I only had like 1.5 liters
I probably had like 2.5 to 3 liters and
I’ve been having well over two to three
liters per day which is awesome keep
yourself hydrated it’s the best thing
you can do
I also craved water today it was
probably cuz I was talking to customers
a lot because that’s what you want you
want to not have to force yourself
straight you want to like nicely drink
I’m not sure what I’m going to be doing
for dinner tonight it’s three o’clock
and they had that meal at like 8:30 this
morning all I’ve had is water and I’ve
had a few almonds as a snack and also
one of my fat bombs at like 1 o’clock
and I’m not hungry at all which is
unusual because usually when I go in
from work I want to smack the hell out
of everything my appetite has suppressed
I was getting a little bit down after
doing the catering things but I’ve found
out that actually good and I’m not gonna
check it for a little bit because I kind
of want my body to you know do what it
needs to do it naturally and I don’t
want to really focus and be looking for
changes because if you do that you’re
never gonna see a difference so I’m
gonna give up like three or four months
on this diet to really see a difference
and hopefully after a month I can really
notice something as well so that is all
the update that I have for you guys
today I will feel more when I feel
necessary and yeah I’ll see you in my
next
fun fact this is what I wear majority of
the time pajamas and I love these ones
they’ve got cats on it I’ve done my
makeup before work so I tried to get
ready earlier so that I had time to cook
and also time to still do my like
fasting as well I haven’t really been
doing every single day what I’ve been
eating but it’s predominantly like the
more exciting things and things that are
new so that’s what I’ll be including
there’s a lot I can’t even speak so
that’s what I’ll be including in my
vlogs more than every single meal every
day but I’m thinking about doing what I
eat in the day at Kate her addition so
keep an eye up my channel for that and
if I upload it I will link it down below
as well

taste test time Oh got a hair of my
mouth I don’t know I feel like it tastes
almost eggy maybe next time I withdrew
less eggs but I’m gonna try it with
peanut butter on and hopefully it’ll be
better but I know that there’s a lot of
cops in peanut butter so have like less
as much as like jam and stuff but just
I’ll have like a tiny bits what I
normally have my pancakes do so I test
as well let’s give the peanut butter
ogre still not amazing I don’t think I
would make them again but they’re okay
to try I’m kind of disappointed I wanted
them to taste better but I mean what can
I expect there’s none of the real
ingredients in there sorry oops
unrealistic expectations also this is
the hollandaise that I have so it’s
called roses hollandaise it’s only got
0.3 grams of carbs per serving but that
is awesome if you haven’t tried it it’s
really good
