everyone knows that cookies are the besttreat ever especially if you’re Americannow as someone who isn’t living inAmerica right now I’ve actually beenliving in Mexico for the last almost twoyears I can tell you that sometimes thelocal sugar just doesn’t just doesn’tsatisfy you so let me share with yousomething that’s helped me to get overhomesickness and to just satisfy thecraving for some American sugar and howto do it for yourself so what I’ve doneto to overcome that obstacle is I havelearned how to make no bake cookies nowhere’s why it’s significant especiallyif you’re out of the u.s. it’s importantbecause you don’t have to bake thembelieve it or not a lot of countriesdon’t actually use the the oven part oftheir oven they just use it’s thestovetop so it helps a lotthey’re called no bakes because youdon’t have to bake them who knew secondthing is they have so many ingredientsthat you can easily switch out for otherthings I’ve been caught without cocoasometimes and I’ve been able to use hotchocolate mix I’ve also been caughtwithout peanut butter and I ended upusing a Hershey bar instead and itturned out obviously it doesn’t tastethe same but it turned out greatgave me what I needed so let me tell youhow to do it first all you have to do isget a pot a saucepan and in thissaucepan you’re going to add your sugaryour cocoa some milk and butter now as Imentioned before you can substitute acouple of things so for the sugar youcan also use brown sugar if you wantkind of a darker taste to it you can useyou can use what’s called hot chocolatemix instead of cocoa but then you justhave to listen in the sugar amounts byabout half a cup super easy and once youhave those in your pan pot sauceI’m not sure which one it’s supposed tobe called you put it on your stovetopand you put it on medium heat startstirring it now here’s the trick this iswhy some people don’t like no bakecookies it’s because they mess up onthis part here’s what you have to do youmix it constantly make sure that thebutter melts evenlykeep stirring scraping the bottom of thepan now once it starts boiling not onceyou start seeing bubbles no once itstarts boiling as you’re mixing ityou mix it and the bubbles arereappearing that’s when you start thetimer you start the timer for exactly 60seconds once I mean if you’re good atcounting seconds then you can just countbackwards from 60 in your head but makesure 60 seconds here’s why if you don’tcook it for exactly 60 seconds stirringconstantly as it’s boiling if you go toofew seconds or you guess the right wayto say that would be if you don’t cookit long enough at that heat then what’sgonna happen is they’re not gonna setcorrectly and they’re never gonna drythey’ll always be gooey which is fine ifyou’re gonna put them into a casseroleor if you’re gonna combine them with adifferent dessert but if you want justfirm cookies you have to have 60 if yougo over 60 seconds then they’re gonna betoo crumbly and they’re not gonna holdtogether very well which again is fineif you put it into like a homemade trailmix or something but if you want acookie 60 seconds you’re stirring for 60seconds 60 seconds is over you turn offthe heat bring your pan pot whateverit’s called over to a table now here’swhere you get your half cup of peanutbutter roughly 1/2 cup you know if youlike the taste of peanut butter you canadd some more whatever put it in thischocolate mixture mix it up let thepeanut butter dissolve once the peanutbutter has dissolved if you want to youcan add just a teaspoon vanilla and thenyou add in your oats I like to add someoats mix it upoats makes oats mix it’s just lessstrain on your wrist anyway mix that uponce it’s all mixed you don’t have a lotof time you want to hurry up so onceit’s mixed grab two spoons and you startspooning the mixture out and howeveryour large-size cookies that you wantbut you start spooning them out onto waxpaper or aluminum foil and then you’redone and you get to scoop out the panwith the spoons that you used and youget to eat the extra the the remnants ofthe chocolate and it’s delicious andthen all you have to wash are themeasuring cups the spoons and the panand that’s it isn’t that magical it’sincredible absolutely incredible sohopefully this has been informative foryou now you know how to make your veryown know baked cookie no matter whereyou are mmmenjoy
