hi everyone welcome to my channel if youclicked on this video I’m assuming thatmaybe you’re a nursing mama or you knowsomebody who is nursing and you may beexperiencing a drop in your milk supplyI want to share this lactation cookierecipe with you to hopefully help youboost your milk supply the secretingredient is brewers yeast not to beconfused with nutritional yeast they aretwo totally different things I have thebruises that I use linked down belowit’s 1199 for a one-pound bag and thatbag lasts quite a while I’ve madeseveral batches of these cookies andstill have almost a full bag left ifyou’re new to my channel please considersubscribing and let’s get baking thefirst thing we’re gonna do is set theoven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and thenI’m gonna add all my dry ingredientsinto one bowl I’m starting with threecups of flour then I’m gonna add one cuppacked brown sugar one cup granulatedwhite sugar one teaspoon baking soda andone teaspoon salt three tablespoons ofbrewers east and three cups of oatsI’m gonna give that a good stir and makesure everything is well incorporated[Music]coming over to my KitchenAid I’m gonnabe one cup of softened butter thatequals two sticks[Music]to that I’m gonna add two eggs fourtablespoons of water 1 teaspoon ofvanilla and we’re gonna beat that untilit’s well combined[Music]once my wet ingredients are wellcombined I’m gonna slowly add my dryingredients to the wet ingredientslittle by little[Music][Music]the last step is to stir in one cup ofchocolate chips this time I chose to dohalf white chocolate half semi-sweet andthey turned out to be really deliciousyou can use whatever kind you want I’veeven used peanut butter chips before andthe cookies turned out so so good[Music]now we’re just gonna add heapingtablespoons of the cookie dough onto ourcookie sheet these silicone mats are alifesaverif you don’t like scrubbing off yourcookie sheets after you’re done bakingdo yourself a favorspend the money and get one of theseMaps because they are so easy to cleanand nothing has ever stuck to them we’regonna pop these in the oven for 12 to 15minutes while that batch of cookies isin the oven I’m gonna go ahead and bagup the rest of the dough into thesefreezer bags that way whenever my sisterfeels like her milk supply is gettinglow she can pop one of these out of thefreezer and let it defrost and then bakeup a fresh batch for herselfmy baby is ten and a half months old nowand he hasn’t nursed for about a month Iam 20 weeks pregnant so with thepregnancy hormones my milk supply justdecreased to the point where I couldn’tget it backthankfully my sister is an over supplierand she’s nursing her 4 month old babyso she’s been giving her extra milk toFindley so that hopefully he can havebreast milk until he’s a year old[Music]once your cookies are done baking pullthem out of the oven and let them coolfor a couple minutes and then they’reready to enjoy if you’re experiencing adecrease in your milk supply I hope thatyou give this recipe a try they’rereally easy to make and like I said youcan freeze some of the dough for a laterdate thank you guys so much for watchingand I’ll see you in the next one[Music]
