How to make cinnamon ice box cookies at home for your family. Icebox cookies are special treats made with simple ingredients like flour butter and sugar. As the name suggests the cookies should be kept in the fridge or freezer to be firm before slicing through it.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups plain flour plus extra for kneading
1 large egg
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
