RECIPE:
100 gr flour
50 gr nut meal (I used almonds)
30 gr sugar
3 gr vanilla sugar
1 egg yolk
a pinch of salt
Blend all the ingredients together until unified. Chill the dough for at least half an hour. Make a moon shape out of them. chill again. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes until golden brown at the edges.
For decoration:
30 gr powder sugar
3 gr vanilla sugar
Dust with sugar mixture. Yummy!
