These are the best homemade chocs chip cookies
Ingredients:
Butter 226gm
All porpose flour 295gm
Egg 1
Brown sugar 160gm
White sugar 150gm
Baking soda 1tsp
Vanilla essence 2tsp
Semi chocolate chips 300gm
Baking Temprature 3750F (Pre-Heated 15 mins before )
Bking Time 10-12 minutes
In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugars until light and white in color. Crack in the egg and add the vanilla extract.
Mix together until well incorporated. Add the flour and baking soda and mix gently.
Add the chocolate chips. Make small cookie balls and place on a baking tray, leaving space for the cookies to spread while baking.
Place into a 190C or 375F oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are starting to brown. Leave to cool for a few minutes on the baking tray before transferring to a wire rack.
Yummy cookies are ready to eat.
