HOW TO MAKE THE BEST GOOEY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES.



Convection oven 350 F for 5 mins then turn sheet pan. Then another 5 mins.

Regular oven 350 F for 8 mins then turn sheet pan. Then another 8 mins.

1st mix butter and sugar with vanilla, salt, and baking soda.
Butter, unsalted, 280 g
White sugar 200 g.
Brown sugar 200 g
Vanilla extract 11 g
Kosher salt 6 g
Baking soda 6 g

2nd slowly add 2 whole eggs.,
Eggs 100 g

3rd add flour and chips. Fold softly then mix.
AP Flour 200 g
Bread or more AP Flour 200 g
Dark Chocolate chips or chunks 430 g

Rest in fridge 4-24hrs.
Portion to 50 g balls.
