Super soft, chocolate chip cookies!
Servings: 18
INGREDIENTS
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. salt
¾ cup melted butter
1 Medium Egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cups all-purpose flour
½ – ¾ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk chocolate chunks
½ cup chocolate drops
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
In a large bowl, mix together
– sugars
– salt
– melted butter
– 1 Egg
– Vanilla extract
and mix together until a smooth paste has formed.
Sift in the flour and baking soda, and mix carefully until you have a very smooth cake dough. Fold in the chocolates, then chill the dough for at least 20 minutes.
Scoop the dough with an ice-cream scoop onto a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges have started to barely brown.
