1 large egg
2tbsp roasted almonds you can also use hazelnuts
Method: Get your jar and add in your flour you can use a bowl if you have difficulties mixing in a jar then after add in your egg and mix then add in your white chocolate chunks and roasted almonds and mix.
After this get a tray and add parachment paper and get a scoop and make balls out of your mixture and place them onto the baking paper.
Now bake these for 10 minutes at 160* and after they are baked take them out the oven and place onto a rack and then serve .
