如何做玫瑰花馬林糖 情人節特別的禮物

在我的 IG 上這個玫瑰花蛋白糖是受外國人喜愛的一個作品
我想情人節快到了就來做一個影片來教你如何做這個餅來贏得美人心吧!
(帥哥型男也愛歐 我們家3個型男每人都搶了一朵去了呢.)

開始準備材料:
這份量只能做4或5朵花所以要多一點就按一下計算機
我後來又用紅色植物粉染了一袋畢竟粉紅色比較像情人節的禮物吧!

1. 糖 36克
2. 蛋白 30克
3. 檸檬汁 少許
4. 過篩糖粉20克 (請用一般有加玉米粉或太白粉的那一種)
5. 食用色素或天然色粉適量

1+2+3後另外要準備熱水或用隔水加熱法加熱到45°C直到所有糖都融化
開始打蛋白霜打到硬挺後加入過篩糖粉輕柔切拌,不用太均勻因為還要染色
染色後裝入袋中開始擠花
要準備玫瑰花花嘴SN7023和葉子花嘴SN7171
饅頭紙或烘焙紙少許

擠完花後要放入烤箱
用 85 to 100°C 烤至少2-3小時
我烤了超過4小時因為台灣非常潮濕

如果不能輕易從烤培紙取下代表還沒烤乾
請再多烤一下, 放在乾燥的地方保存,
烤得夠乾的話可以保存2星期以上,

How to make unique Valentine’s gift for your love one

Happy Valentine’s day Rose meringue cookie tutorial
(swiss meringue method)

In this video I am going to show you how to make rose meringue cookies that will make your love feel special.

There are only 5 ingredients that required in this project.

1. Granulated sugar 36g
2. One large egg white around 30g
3. A few drops of lemon juice
4. Regular powdered sugar 20g
5. Food coloring of your choice

Some tools you need:
1.You’ll need 2 piping tips some piping bags and nail
I am using rose tip and leaf tip and piping nail for this special gift
2.Some hot water to bring the egg white mixture up to 45°C

3.some baking paper

Start baking in the cool oven and set the temp around 85 to 100°C.
Bake for at least 2 to 3 hours before you try to take it off the parchment paper

If it’s not coming off it’s not ready yet. I’ve bake mine for 4 hours because it’s really humid here in Taiwan . The baking time is depending on the humility of your area.

Store it somewhere dry and you may wrap it in a box as a gift for your valentine.
