How to make Pillsbury like Chocolate Cookie Cake at home | Eggless whole wheat Jaggery Cookie Cake

This is a very easy to make, yummy, melt-in-mouth Chocolate Chip Cake just like the one you get in market as Pillsbury cookie cake but this is a healthier version of it. We are making this yummy cookie cake using whole wheat flour and jaggery powder. Not just that, it’s also an eggless chocolate chip cookie cake for all age groups and there’s nothing like a homemade no preservative cookie cake!!

So, let’s start making this yummy and super easy and quick recipe..

Ingredients:
1. Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
2. Jaggery Powder – 1 cup
3. Coco Powder – 3/4 cup
4. Desi Ghee/clarified butter – 1 cup
5. Dark Chocolate chips – 100 gms
6. Milk – approx 1 tbsp
7. Baking Soda – 1/4th tsp
8. Baking Powder – 1.5 tsp
