Ingredients 成份

110g | butter牛油
180g | flour 麵粉
8g | cornstarch 玉米澱粉
3g | salt 食鹽
1 | egg 雞蛋
80g | sugar 砂糖
80g | brown sugar 啡糖
3g | baking soda 梳打粉
1 tsp | vanilla extract 雲尼拿香精油
250g | chocolate chips 朱古力粒

Method 製作方法

1. First make the sponge. Mix the butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract and combine it well. 將牛油、砂糖及啡糖攪拌至糊狀。然後加入雞蛋及雲尼拿香精油再次攪拌至均勻。

2. Fold in the pain flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix it well. 加入中筋麵粉、玉米澱粉、梳打粉及食鹽,再次攪拌至均勻(不要攪拌太久)。

3. Add the chocolate chips and mix well. 加入朱古力粒攪拌至均勻。

4. Use the spoon (2 tbsp) or ice-cream scoop to divide batters onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet and chill for at least 30 minutes. 使用大匙 (約2 tbsp) 或雪糕匙把混合物做出圓球到有焗爐紙的焗盤上。然後放入雪櫃放最少30分鐘。

5. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C. 焗爐預熱160度。

6. Place the cookies and leaving at least 4 inches of space between cookies and 2 inches of space from the edges of the pan. 把曲奇麵糊放好,在曲奇麵糊之間留出至少4寸及盤邊2寸的空間。

7. Bake for 15 minutes. 放進焗爐焗15分鐘。
