How to make: NO Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 table spoon vanilla
1 large pinch salt
Combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in a large pan. On medium heat bring it to a boil stirring occasionally. Let it boil for one Minute. Remove from the heat and add the peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and oats. Stir fairly quick as it will start settling. Take a teaspoon and scoop onto wax paper. Let the cookies sit for approximate 30 minutes and then transfer to a container in place in the refrigerator.

hi guysI made these no-bake chocolate peanutbutter oatmeal cookies at the holidayand everyone loved them so I thought Iwould do a quick video so the thingsyou’re going to need super super easy isyou’ll want to put some wax paper orparchment paper on another counter whichI have you’re gonna need have a deepsaucepan you’re going to need to havetwo cups of sure a half cup of milk astick of butter 1/4 cup of unsweetenedcocoa powder three cups of theold-fashioned rolled oats that’s gonnabe the non-instantkind so the old-fashioned kind one cupof smooth peanut butter 1 tablespoon ofvanilla asked extract and 1 large pinchof salt so what I’m gonna do now is I’mgoing to put the sugar the milk thebutter and the cocoa in the pan andbring it to a boil for one minute I haveit in the pan now again the sugar themilk the cocoa and the butter as you cansee it’s nothing fancy I’m just going tocombined it all really wait for thisbutter to melt strain it occasionallyand then I’m gonna want to bring it to aboil for one minute this is what it’sgonna look like when it’s combined asyou can see the butter is still meltingI have it on medium heat and I’m justgonna slowly make sure everything iscombined at the bottom and bring it to aboil for one minute when the 1 minute isup I’m going to remove this from theheat add the peanut butter the vanillathe salt and the oats and I’m going tocombine them fairly quickly and thentransfer them onto the wax paper justuse it a simple teaspoon and scoopingout teaspoon sized cookies on the waxpaperas you can see everything is combinednow and it’s going to come to a boilhere in just a moment I’m gonna let itboil for one minute I’m going to removeit from the heat I’m going toimmediately add my peanut butterI used a see always use a sprayed eitherwith Pam or like butter spray on a spoonit lets you scoop out the peanut buttera lot easier without it being stickingto the spoon so again gonna bring it toa boil for one minutesmells so good and then I’m going to addthe peanut butter the vanilla the saltand the oats and combined them quicklyand then again take a teaspoon and putthem on a parchment paper or wax papermaking the cookie and again this is a nobake as you can see a no baked cookieyou’re gonna have outs peanut butter andchocolate yummy smells so good as youcan see it’s a good nice boil now forone minute I’ve added all theingredients and I’m now combining thepeanut butter the vanilla the salt andthe oats quickly as you can see itstarts stiffening upas you can see it’s combined pretty welland it’s stiffening up so it’s importantthat I transfer that now onto the waxpaper and I’m going to use a teaspoonfor that as you can see I just didn’t doanything fancy I just scooped him I dida large scoop I did use a teaspoon butthese are gonna be fairly big cookiesI think there’s 27 here I just want toshow you how they start firming up soquickly see how that’s firming upalready and so you’re just gonna wantthem mmm lick my fingers sit here forabout 30 minutes and they will firm upand they don’t like I don’t have to befancy that’s just doesn’t even look likea cookie but let them sit here for 30minutes and then they’re done and youwant them to be firm I would suggestputting them in a container and puttingthem in the refrigerator and that willhelp firm them up a little bit more butthat literally took me about 15 minutesto prep everything cook it and now it’sjust sitting on the parchment paper andthese will be yummy yummy yummy Iactually could have did smaller cookiesand made more but I’m tired so enjoyhope you like them
