How to make my Banana Mixed Chocolate Chip Cookies

hey everybody how’s it going at yourboys 20 pound cake holiday and I’m gonnashow you guys how I bake my soon-to-befamous banana all right so if you evermade regular chocolate chip cookiesthere’s not much of a deviation from thetraditional recipe there’s just a fewthings I like to do to change things upjust a little bit and make them the wayI like so what we have is we have ourbutter we have an egg we also havevanilla extractbaking powder we have our banana ofcourse white chocolate and milkchocolate cookies we have our flour wehave our white sugar we have a brownsugar so I’m gonna go ahead and I getthe measurements started and show youall how I go about it okay so the firstthing we’re gonna do is make the butternow what I like to do is I can take justa stick of butter and I can throw thatthing in here now we want to melt thisbut we don’t want to just melt thebutter nobody does anything regular onthe Tony Channelso what we’re gonna do is we’re going toput some white chocolate chips and meltthat with the butter not too much andI’ll go into why I like to add a whitechocolate just to the batter and not addso much why you brown sugar to thebatter to theto my cookies because these are actuallygoing to make up a lot of the sugar thatyou want to add too much sugar I findthat when I add too much sugar to mycookies they come out harder basisthey’re sweeter but they come out harderand not as fluffy I don’t know if I’mdoing something wrong there but that’swhat happens to me so this is what we’regonna do we’re gonna put this in themicrowave for about a minute ish maybetwo minutes I don’t knownow why those while that butter ismelting in the microwave we’re gonnatake our egg and toss that sucker inhere alright next thing we wanna do isadd one teaspoon vanilla extract to theeggs and just toss that in there justlike that and we’re done we can now yourcookies knob joking okay so now we haveour white chocolate chips mixed into themelted butter it’s gonna give it a goodswirl like that alright now that we gotthat stuffs loaded out we’re gonna putour white sugar in to the wet mix up andagain I don’t like to use too much whitesugarbrown sugar because I like my cookies toreally come out fluffy like this fluffyas they possibly can be and it’s soft sowe’re gonna go ahead – that’s alright[Music][Music][Music]alright so we’re gonna go ahead[Music]now while that’s mixing I’m gonna goahead and move on over to making my drybetter now I typically like to use alittle bit more flour than what’srecommended to be honest with youbecause again I like them to be fluffierso I add more flour to make that happenand I’m gonna go ahead and throw thatflour in here and show you and aboutjust under 2 cups of flours what Itypically like to add into my cookies soI’m gonna go ahead and add that intothis bowl there we go now I need my Ineed to add my salt in my baking sodaand I have one hand to do it one momentall right I don’t like to add to mybaking soda but as you can see this isabout as much as I would probably use soI’m gonna throw that in there all rightnow let’s add salt now I’d like to usepink Himalayan salt but you can use Iguess whatever kind of sauce you likethis is about as much as I like to addand this is the system okay so we gotour again our salt our baking soda andour flour all mixed together and we’regetting ready to throw it in our batterbut before we do we forgot one secretingredient to throw into our batter thebanana the star of the showalthough mr. bananahe fell into the mix our we’re gonna letthat sucker get chewed up looking deadoh yeah that looks deliciousall right this going to turn it up toget rid of the chumps[Applause][Music]all right so we’re ready to go ahead andthrow our flour in there are bananas allmixed up let’s go ahead and dough flourin there all righty all the flowers inthere or to turn up just a little bitmix it all together that’s too much[Music]oh it’s got a little steam as a matterof fact at this time be a good time togo ahead and throw our chocolate chipsin there listen uh saw you ladies thatwould be my wife in the future when wemaking chocolate chip cookies for thekids it’s a good note to keep you awayfrom me because I will eat these for thecookies or even done but I’m gonnacontain myself this time good amount putchocolate chips in there and let thatmix start a look good you want to getlike a nice creamy white issue or like ayeah whitish yellowish like look to itthe stuff you knowand make sure it’s nice and nice andcreamy a little more just to beat it upall right and we are done so now we’regonna go ahead and that magic ingredientis bacon baby yeah you ain’t about thatlifeyou thought I was gonna make thesechocolate chip cookies without no baconyou crazy you know how I do all aboutthat bacon baby yeah yeah go it in justlike this alright so basically we havethem all laid out here they’re gonnalike throw upso let’s go ahead and toss these in theoven and see how they turn
