How to make my Baileys Irish Cream Chip Cookies with my ‘ssecret’ ingredient that makes them the best!
You will love these cookies. So delicious and soft. The recipe yields about 60 cookies.
Perfect anytime but especially for St. Patrick’s Day. The secret is in the pudding!

BAILEYS IRISH CREAM CHIP COOKIES RECIPE:
Yields about 60 cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup ( 2 sticks) butter – softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 box (5.1 oz.) of Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 1/4 cups flour
1 – 12 oz. bag of Baileys Irish Cream Baking Chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Beat the butter and the brown sugar together with mixer.
Add 2 large eggs plus all the remaining ingredients(except
the baking chips) and mix well.
Now fold in the baking chips.
Place teaspoon sizes of the cookie dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes until light brown in color.
Do not over bake.
Let cool slightly and transfer to cooling rack.
Enjoy!
