How to Make Lemon and Coconut Crinkle Cookies 🍋🍪 Melt in your Mouth
Delicious and easy to make coconut and lemon crinkle cookies.

Ingredients:
2 eggs60g sugar | 1/3 cup
100g Shredded Coconut | 1 Cup
100g Semolina | 1/2 Cup
1 Lemon (Zest and Juice)
75 ml Vegetable Oil | 1/3 Cup
1,5 tbsp Jam (Aprico, Lemon, Orange or Peach)
1 tbsp Baking Powder
A pinch of salt
Preheat the over to 175 degrees C / 340 F
Place the tray in the oven
Set to upper heat only for 5 min
set back to upper and lower hear for 10 more minutes
total baking time: 15 min
