Aarya loves these cookies made with all healthy ingredients.
Recipe:
2/3 cup Amaranth or Rajgira flour
1/3 cup ghee
1/3 cup jaggery
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
Instructions
Mix egg and ghee thoroughly before adding other ingredients. Mix well. Form balls and place at distance on silicone mat or wax paper. Bake at 350F for 10 min. Healthy homemade gluten free cookies ready!!!
