White Sugar – 70 gm
Oil – 2 tbs
Cocoa Powder- 2 tbs
Vanilla – 1/4 tsp
Flour / Maida – 75 gm
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 50 ml
Corn Flour – 2 tbs
Icing Sugar – 50 gm

welcome to godly cook spot I’m GaryKumar and today I’ll show you how tomake eggless chocolate crinkle cookiesthese cookies are crisped on the crustand soft like cake inside and this isthe ingredient list I’ve also given itin the description box below please takea look first let us mix the dough tosugar add cocoa powder oil you can addany neutral oil I’ve used coconut oilhere milk and vanilla essence mix themwell you get a thick batter like mixtureonce all the ingredients are mixedtogether you can add the dry ingredientsadd Manta and baking powder and mixed aformer slightly loose dough this cookiescan’t be baked immediately because forgetting those crinkle effect you need torefrigerate the dough and make it firmso what we are going to do is we’ll mixthe dough cover it with cling film andrefrigerate it for hours before makingthe cookies so the dough is done nowcover it with cling film you need tocover it tightly because you don’t wantto dry that o refrigerated for food asminimum for ads you can also leave itovernight in the refrigerator nowzip together I think sugar and conflictthese two are very smooth flat floorlight so you can’t make them just byspoon or four you need to sift themtogethernow take the refrigerator dough pinsmall portions out of it and roll itinto tight ball maybe the maybe the sizeof Allah do and then place it in thebowl of icing sugar on counter andtotally cover tea dough balls with theflan mixture now arrange it on a greasedbaking tray go inches apart and by thetime you need to preheat the oven to 175degree centigrade you need to preheat itfor 15 minutesnow place the tray in the middle rackci has fished on both the filaments andalso the fan and bake it for 12 to 15minutes by the time it’s finished bakingthe cookies will still be soft to touchbut they will firm up once they cooldown so allow them to cool in the trayitself and then you can release thecookies from the tray and now you canserve it with a cup of coffee or tea oryou can just store it in an airtight boxthey look beautiful right so they arecrisp and they have the crispy crust andthe insides are just like soft key Ihope you enjoyed this video if you likedit please share it with your friendscomment below and also please subscribeto my channel to receive updates thankyou
