How To Make Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Josh Bengston so for this whole video
recipe I’m gonna show you how to make
double chocolate-chip cookies these are
very easy to put together they don’t
take too much time at all and they taste
amazing so let’s get started so starts
just be off in this big bowl right here
I have two cups of all-purpose flour and
to that I’m gonna add 2/3 of a cup of
cocoa powder and 3/4 of a teaspoon of
baking soda and just whisk those
together art so for the next step in a
stand mixer I have 1 cup of softened
butter and to that I’m gonna add 1 and
1/2 cups of white sugar and using the
paddle attachment to the stand mixer
we’re gonna mix this all together until
it’s well combined art so now that’s
mixed in what we’re gonna do now is
crack in two eggs about 2 teaspoons
worth of vanilla extract and mix it all
together
all right now that’s all mixed in we’re
going to do now is add that flour
mixture that we made before and mix that
together
aren’t so now let’s form the dough we’re
gonna finally add is two cups of
semi-sweet chocolate chips and just mix
those in until they’re well combined
with the dull parts are further next
step I have a baking tray that I’ve
lined with parchment paper and using a
scoop like this we’re gonna take scoop
holes of that dough and scoop it on to
the tray and repeat the process with the
rest of the dough that you have art
stuff after you’ve got all them on the
tree just kind of use your hands and
flatten them down a little bit just to
make the baking easier art so after
you’ve done that what you want to do now
is put this in the oven at 350 degrees
Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius for
about eight to ten minutes art so this

they first come out of the oven now what
you want to do with them is let them
cool on the pan for about five to ten
minutes then bake the rest of the dough
