How to make CUSTARD COOKIES 牛油花饼

方便简易㊙牛油花饼
只需要这4种材料就能完成!小孩也会做哦 😄
Easy Custard Cookies
Only 4 ingredients needed, kids can do it too 😄

Ingredients 材料
– Premix 预拌粉 x 1
– A Size Egg 全蛋 x 1
– Butter 牛油 – 250g
– Cherody

Tools 用具
– Piping bag (Cloth) 挤花袋(布)
– 854 Nozzle 花嘴

* 拌匀成团后黏手属正常(因为这样才能挤出)
* 挤花袋如果不用布的,用塑料挤花的话需要放两次层,才不会挤爆哦
* 挤后冷藏30分钟即可烘
* 预热160°c 15分钟后烘20分钟

* It is normal that the dough is soft and sticky (so that it is easy to pipe it out)
* If cloth type of piping bag is not available, you may use 2 layers of plastic piping bags to prevent the plastic piping bag break easily
* Refrigerate the cookies for 30 mins before bake
* Preheat oven at 160°c for 15 mins 1st, then bake the cookies for 20 mins
