Preheat over to 350 F
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
Milk chocolate kisses to decorate
Bake for 10-12 minutes
