SWEET AND SALTY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
147 grams bread flour
116 grams all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
200 grams brown butter (see video link above)
180 grams brown sugar
110 grams white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 piece egg
1 piece egg yolk
100 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
100 grams dark chocolate chunks
Yield: 34 cookies
Chill for 24 hours then bake at 375F for 9-11 minutes.
I bake it for 10 minutes for chewy texture.
