6 Tbsp of Butter
1/3 Cup of Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/4 Cup of Self Raising Flour
1 200g Packet of Choc Chip Bits.
Method: Melt butter in a large saucepan, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Beat in egg. Add self raising flour and chocolate chips. Drop a spoonful onto a greased tray, and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
