Selamat datang! Welcome to Bianca’s Homecooking channel. Today I’ll show you how to make Bakwan, Indonesian savory vegetable cookies. These are vegan and you can also make them gluten free by using riceflour instead.
Bakwan reminds me of my sweet Indonesian family in Bandung. When we are in Indonesia we always bring some Bakwan on a picknick or just as a snack in the car. I really love them and although they are deep fried, there are a lot of vegetables in them!
