After cooking Leche Flan we have a lot of white eggs leftover, so we decided to make Lengua De Gato a Filipino Butter Cookies, which kids love to eat. We don’t have pipping bag and tips so just improvised one 😉 and still works fine.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
Vanilla
2 egg whites
