chocolate-chip cookies so for this bakewe were going to be using for the toolsa sifter some measuring cups you willneed a large bowl another large mixingbowl and if you don’t have a stand mixeryou could use a whisk or an electricmixer you will also need a large metalwhisk if you’re using a stand mixer apaddle attachment a flat spatula ameasuring spoon or a tool of some sortand that is about ityou will also need a knife for later soI already whipped up the dry ingredientswhich will be in the description so herewe have seven ounces of rough choppedchocolate chunks pretty 112 grams orhalf a cup of unsalted butter I will beusing 200 grams or three-fourths of thecup plus 2 tablespoons of brown sugar soI went ahead and add in my 3/4 cup ofbrown sugar and also you’ll have to addtwo tablespoons next you will need 112grams or half a cup of white granulatedsugar you’re then going to mix it up andthat was combined to your brown sugarwhite sugar mixture you will add yourbutter once that’s incorporated you’regoing to add one full egg plus the yolkof another egg be adding 6 grams or twoteaspoons of vanilla I’m using myWatkins baby vanillayou’re going to mix that on the amp orwhatever speed you desiredo they have been on your dresserI bought this in homeso this is good[Music]what’s in my dough I went to my dome andthere was not a lot chocolate you knowanymore please don’t okayyouI think I need more chocolate really soyou just add this whole thing now wewill see if we need add the whole thingI’m really not sureso this is what my dough looks like youknow it looks really good actually I’mactually really surprised it looksactually like really nice I did wash myhands looks really pretty and nextyou’re going to have to take saran wrapor whatever you want to use to cover itin the fridge you’re going to keep it inthe fridge for about 30 or 45 minutes Iknow it’s hard because you want to eatit but it’s gonna really help theprocess of my bakesso I’ll see you guys in 45 minutes byehi everybodyand back so after 45 minutes a long hard45 minutes I have our dough it looksreally nice as you can see I might wantto get closer and it really nice andyou’re going to start Vicky but you’regoing to let this sit for five to tenminutes and you’re gonna watch thisyou’re going to pick up your pans andand just drop it picking up a few inchesand then just drop it you’re going tostart that the first five to six minutesand then two to three minutes latergonna do it againthat’s it I’ll probably do it again asyou can see due to the dropping processwe did they are very nice and to makethem even more fancy you can sprinkleflaky sea salt on top it’s optional butyou don’t have to these are my cookies[Music]
