How to Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies (Remade) | Emma & Ellie

This weeks video is a remake of one that we made over a year ago. We utterly failed at those cookies, so this time we have one of our best friends, Jaimee with us. She helped a lot, and honestly did most of the work. It was fun to do and fun to edit!

tell people the interweb today’s video
we are going to be remaking our intense
fail of chocolate-chip cookies and Jamie
she is here to help us and make sure we
don’t pull the big stupid yes yeah cuz
as you might remember or maybe we saw
the financial but here they were
basically pancakes no you want in the
cookie so we we will hopefully do better
will definitely do better anyway without
further ado let’s get into the video so
the first step we have already done just
pre-heat your oven 350 degrees which
yeah just do that
yeah Fahrenheit
it just says 350 and we’ll have the
ingredients in the description below or
like if you want to know like how
exactly do it’s go watch our failure

say the ingredients quickly they’re just
not put in right yes yeah first after
your preheat is to cream together
margarine and sugars so we can all
measure I don’t want to do the other
thing somebody else the brown is one
this one cuz then you have to add the
dry to the wet and easy for a big 1/2
cup of brown
Archer you got a package you know it’s
meant to be for tomorrow make sure it’s
not one that we’re gonna need again we
need a tablespoon no just tease me I’m

wonder what it would do like cookies if
it didn’t have enough okay okay hi yes

the next step which is the creaming of
the ingredients can be done with either
like your everyday whisk or like an
electric mixer my thoughts do the same
job but I can come back to that bigger
room scheduled programming uh once
everything is all like creamed together
because I enjoy painting so this is like
halfway creamed and we’re gonna add eggs
two of them
and you’re also going to add something
that which I will try not to pour
everywhere don’t get shells in them
fingers crossed I don’t and while that’s
happening
I’ll pour gently a one and a half cups
of flour this time I’ll do it because
we’ll see if we put that’s not gonna go
in the bowl really yeah yes little guest
why I’m a knife to level off the flour
no that’s most like using a knife this

after I mix up our dry ingredients flour
baking soda and salt they add the dry to
the wet and then yeah this is also
keeping these rolled oats but like yeah
why make it like kinda healthy when he
attempts like a regular old judge told
the neighbor check guys it’s not a good
flavor is it make such good chewy
I like tip hey now I don’t like it the
same together add this together I’ll try
my best not to it create an explosion
yeah yeah something that happened it’s a

of advice cookies are better when you
let them chill but we’re not doing them
we’re gonna mix it in this warm summer
oh it’s so hot why are we making it it’s

yes it’s hotter let’s turn on the oven

this stuff is really wet – I knew
putting in enough flour this time I did

and then I’m stuck a lot and what will
cook a lot then you just fold them in
also using the whisk which probably
isn’t the best thing but that’s what
we’re going with
it’s looking like a nutburger the last
time that’s all we’re going for how do
you know maybe it’s just a recipe and
they’ll turn off the exact same huh
well then that’s not our fault I must be
talking about we made a giant pan cookie
yeah one singular smarty for both of us
then you took the wrestler well insert

it wasn’t overcooked at all no it looked
like the great cookie okay this is
really weird
weird
bland oh that’s salty or like I put in 1
tsp and it’s very salty do we need more
sugar
no if if they don’t taste good

like we have retired from making cookies
no more baking videos ok that seems good
yeah that seems see that’s it’s not
dripping down like it was before like it
actually has it things like a good like

it’s still very that’s fine this is you
take a spoon and then you put it on the
sheet will be back they do with all the
cookies so they’re not all gonna fit on
one sheet this is about half
for a second pad for adding more flour
adding more flour just cuz like it seems
really like in like love beers like I
don’t know but I’m gonna grease it will
see any they’re gonna go anyway I’ll
take that off Miss Korea i’m just gonna
add flour until it becomes more like a
cohesive dough and more like normal
cookie dough and not whatever this is
yeah it’s in between like i don’t know
it just takes it not right yeah eh we’ll
be back with the next i guess probably
when they’re done our cookies are done
they turned out much better this time we
have a better cookie to show you anyway
it’s very soft I won’t say that this one
this is our cooking and rip it apart and
look at it I’m sorry if it’s more and
I’ll not drop it but they sure turned
out a lot better I’m not sure if it was
because we added more flour because no
Jamie I’m not dropping this one ready
good break that was not the middle
lovely chocolate chip so about this

look watch the cooking it tastes like a
puppy good those are my first batch the
one where we just add a little bit more
flour yeah so I like moist there’s
probably like a cup and 3/4 thick
perfect okay
it’s good then we have you on my back
they’re gonna be hot yeah they’re much
smaller a little bit more pale looking
don’t want to come off the tray is easy
yes sprayed a lot of grease I bring
enough right thumb and this one’s hot
I’m not gonna drop it
they are more cakey cookies thick phat
with a pH that work I’ll lose our kisses
ever definitely breaks apart better they
probably gonna stay down a bit longer
but oh we follow the directions wash
that chocolate chip cheese no that’s hot

certainly less crunchy which is like she
expected something nominees from sorry
but haven’t been able to said as long so
I mean it’s good I prefer these kind of
cookies from will make you all eat like
any cookie with let’s not burn we a lot
of cookies you going to do eat a lot of
picking it’s fine but they don’t make a
lot mm-hmm it’s part of a balanced diet
bond cookies have another cookie it’s
well balanced yeah but yeah the balance
is three cookies in this hand good point
okay
so moral of the story is with he don’t
make cookies or don’t bake anything in
the summer when it’s hot because yeah
it’s kind of sweat more but I mean they
look good they certainly are better than
last time even though this time look
I’ve got gone for nothing this is my
