-Ingredients
•butter 194 g
•sugar 121 g
•brown sugar 144 g
•eggs 87g
•vanilla 4 g
•bread flour 274 g
•baking soda 3g
•salt 4.5 g
•dark chocolate 242g
1. Cream the butter with sugar mixture.
2. Add eggs with vanilla extract one at each time.
3. Add shifted dry ingredients (flour, baking sofa and salt).
4. Add chocolate and mix thoroughly.
5. Chill the dough minimum 40mins(up to you could be over night)
6. Preheat the oven with 370F/180C.
7. Baking about 15mins until it turns to golden brown.
