HEALTHY CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES
1 Container Strawberries
2-3 Blocks Healthy Chocolate of Choice (Lily’s Dark Sea Salt Chocolate)

HEALTHY CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY MUFFINS:
Cook 25 Minutes @ 350
Muffins:
1.5 cups Almond Flour
2 tbsp Cacao
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
4 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Raspberries

Glaze:
1/2 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Cacao
4 tbsp Coconut Sugar
1/2 Cup Raspberries

HEALTHY STICKY CHOCOLATE CHIP TAHINI COOKIES:
(Cook 15 minutes @ 350)
1 cup Almond Flour
1 cup Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 Cup Tahini
6 tbsp Coconut Oil

[Music]hey guys welcome back to my channel weare in the kitchen today because we’regonna be doing a baking video and I’mgoing to show you a few differentrecipes that you can bake forValentine’s Day that are perfect for agift for your significant other for yourfriends for yourself whatever you wantto do and all of these recipes are goingto be healthier recipes of course perusual on my channel so if you’re lookingfor something that has less sugar lessrefined ingredients less unhealthy oilsyou’re in the right spot so if you wantto see all the recipes that I create forValentine’s Day that you let’stalk recipes alrighty healthierchocolate-covered strawberriesstrawberries of course we’ll get thosewashed and cut up and then chocolate sothis is where this is going to be up toyou your dietary preferences if you wantsomething that has no added sugar norefined ingredients like nothing whatyou could do is use baker’s chocolatewhich is pure 100% cacao and kind ofcreate your own so I actually do have avideo where I made my own healthychocolate at home I’ll put a card forthat here and link it below I won’t talkabout it too much here because there’salready a whole video on that but whatyou can do is just add things to helpbring sweetness to that chocolate in anatural way so you could use some steviadrops you could use coconut oil becausethat’s going to help like make itcreamier but also add a naturalsweetness things like that so go watchthat video if you want to see how to dothat and you’re really really worriedabout not having any added sugars oranything like that or let me talkthrough a couple other options so whatI’m gonna use specifically is theirbrand Lily’s this is the sea salt extradark chocolate flavor I thought thatwould be delicious for the strawberriesyou can’t like super heavily taste thesea salt in there sothat’ll be fine and I love C’s alsoanything so Lily’s has no added sugarand it’s mainly sweetened with twoingredients the first is stevia which isgreatthe second is erythritol so you readthrough tall is a sugar substitute it’slike an artificial sweetener essentiallyand I would just say it’s up to you ifyou’re okay with that so it does havethat in here it’s not like completelyclean but it’s not added sugar so againup to your preference but I’m gonna usethat for today’s recipe another optionis to use the brandy volved I love thatbrand I just didn’t have any in mycupboard right now so they have kind oftwo different options they do also haveone that’s completely sugar-free noartificial ingredients but it’sdefinitely a little bit bitter or verybitter so I would say you would stillwant to add stevia and like coconut oilor something anyway so then you might aswell just use the baker’s chocolate soit’s pretty pricey or they do havechocolate sweetened with coconut sugarso that’s where it’s like kay what areyou gonna pick because coconut sugarwell it’s not a refined sugar like canesugar but at the same time it’s stillsugar so I feel like there’s somemisconceptions out there about coconutsugar versus cane sugar I still need todo research on that we’re not going toget into that here but essentially I’lljust leave it up to you to decide whatkind of chocolate you want to use butwe’re using lillies here we go you’veheard it before honest I don’t knowlet these years ago I was young and I’mall still good to the board we don’tneed the past in our lives for tomorrownever see the end of the night throughsorrow what do we do what do we do[Music]when everything’s n done why do we dowhat we do to love what we love wheneverthey said[Music][Music]so I don’t know who I think I am and whyI think I can wear a nice white sweaterduring a baking video that involvesliquid chocolate because I am one of themessiest people in the kitchen of alltime and I got chocolate all over thebase of my sweater in doing that so Ichanged into this crew neck this is justfrom misguided actually I have a ton ofbasics from them just like joggers andcrew necksI’m obsessed an expensive good colorrange comfortable great okay not whywe’re here though so mmm that just waslike very tedious took a really longtime so I would definitely say if you’remaking the chocolate coveredstrawberries plus some of these otherrecipes do that first because wellnumber one then you get it out of theway but number two then you can let themsit in the freezer I would say you coulddo fridge or freezer I’ll probably havethem in the freezer for maybe like 10 15minutes and then just transfer to thefridge so they’re not like frozenbecause they were already starting toset just sitting out here while I wasgoing through that okay a couplecomments on that process the reason thatI cut them in half is because well to behonest number one I saw this like cutelittle heart design on Pinterest and Ihave no idea how they did that wherethey had like a toothpick in the centerand I tried to do it and I was like thisdoesn’t okayI give up but the other reason is Ithought that would just allow you tohave like more chocolate per bitebecause sometimes I feel like with afull strawberry you want like the centerto have chocolate in it too right maybethat’s just me and also I feel like whenI try to dip strawberries and chocolatewith the stem still on it like on thefull strawberry they break off it getsstuck in there it’s a mess so I thoughtI would just cut them in half make thateasierum I would say it could go either way itprobably takes just as much time eitherway but I am excited to have themsmaller you know more bite-sizedalrighty so for the chocolate raspberrymuffins here’s the ingredients thatyou’ll need pure powdered cacao almondflour coconut sugar raspberries eggsbaking soda and what else oh so youcould either do chocolate chips orcan just cut up some chocolate like thisso this is still Lily’s chocolate I’mjust going to do this and do some roughchops or actually you know what I mightjust break these off because they’relike in little rectangles so we’ll seebut you could do either one of those Ipersonally love when I have some sort ofbrownie or muffin that when you biteinto it it has even more chocolate sogood so those are the main ingredientswe’ll see if I end up using anythingelse potentially I may use someunsweetened coconut milk to make somesort of a glaze on top we’ll seeso TBD[Music][Music]lazyOh[Music]walking on it[Music]you got me[Music][Applause][Music]No[Music]this kitchens gonna just getprogressively Messier until the very endbecause like I said I’m a tornado in thekitchen so while those muffins arecooling which look amazing by the waywe are gonna move on to the next recipeI’m gonna do a chocolate chip cookieswith tahini which I have been dying totry and then I’m gonna use some littleheart cutouts to make them Valentine’sII so this is perfect for those of youthat aren’t super into like fudge andreally really chocolatey things but youlove like a good chocolate chip cookieand then we can make it festive by justlike making the design cute you know andI feel like this would be really cute ifyou combined it with one of the otherrecipes so if you made these chocolatechip cookies with the heart cut out thenlike include the chocolate-coveredstrawberries or the muffins or somethinglike that so that you have like a littlebit of the different colors and all ofthat going on but yes here we go okay sofor this recipe it’s gonna be a lot ofthe same ingredients that we used forthose muffins so you are gonna needalmond flour coconut sugar coconut oilbaking soda baking powder tahini ofcourse this is just organic whole seedssesame tahini so stone-ground sesamebutter is what tahini is if you are notfamiliar eggs chocolate chipsthese are lilies salt and vanilla[Music]we need to put on is radio[Music][Music][Applause][Music][Applause][Music]okay we’re gonna do a taste test yousnuck some cookie last night so thatwon’t be a total first impression but itwas like the ends of the cookies rightokay I’ve dug we should try chopping ourstrawberries first except is boring andthey’re really ugly little ugly they areI thought it would be good to cut themin halftell me I have one of these machineshere so we’re pretty gum can you tastethis you salt in it no no sonic on ohman did have sushi though that’s truehey prefer this um got it I would saylike chocolates really good with itjust maybe don’t cut it in half that waslike completely pointless and I feellike it kind of like the strawberriesdried out now a little bit in the middlelike something’s weird you know what Imean mmm it’s just maybe the chocolatethe chocolate mm-hmm okay that’s just meif you use that kind of chocolate withjust a regular strawberry situationit’ll be perfect okay what’s rich ournext kissmaybe cookie because this is notentirely new to you either you knowthat’s good so these are really reallyreally sticky like I think I’m gonnacall them sticky chocolate chip cookieswhich I actually think it’s good so itkind of tastes like caramelno is it just the textures like I waslike yeah okay maybe texture is kind oflike caramel so I personally love thatif you wanted a crispy or cookiethat wasn’t so sticky like this I wouldsay add like a couple more tablespoonsof almond flour and you should be goodbut I honestly like him like this I saidthat there really is no fins should wetry to place one first rather not Ohwhat’s the difference oh no I justwanted to show the top of it was thesame the insides the same the glaze onehas like a raspberry glaze on topyeah that’s gonna do less you I think weshould try the regular one first wish Ifeed you know look at the inside video[Music]this is an issue we have in ourrelationship things also say becausethey’re good where every time I makesomething no matter what it is he willnever ever be like this is really goodwow this tastes super good logo ohpretty good pretty goodI don’t really have any like oh my ohyeah I don’t really have I would lovethat a baseline for anythingI mean like any sweet you’ve ever hadbefore well yeah I mean I’ve never saidlike out loud like anything this is likeyou don’t say it’s bad but you will notlean in you refuse I refuse yeah it’s aminute as long as it’s edible that’spretty goodthat was good okay now we’re trying theglazed woman better okay this is supergood and I actually I love the raspberryin there how do you feel about thatthey both I mean like the actualraspberry fruit in there do you likethat no no they but I just mean ingeneral having like raspberry fruit in aloose in a muffin yeah I mean so it wasgood both ways yeah I think it’s goodbut like I said if you’re not into thatthe raspberry is very like prevalentanything I say no that was like not thecorrect I would say the raspberry isvery it’s there but I wouldn’t say it’sprobably more would you say I mean theyjust say the raspberry was bushy ifanything I won’t call it I wouldn’t callthe abundance of raspberries prevalentin there you can really taste theraspberry so if you don’t like that thendo less or get rid of it but I thinkit’s really good hmm who did you wantthis yeah oh oh okay all right
